Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ANORTHO webpages, digital products, resources, emails, and related services. ANORTHO is operated by Isaac Oluwasesan in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

By accessing our pages or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services or complete a purchase.

  1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Our products and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.

  1. Products and Services

ANORTHO offers books, eBooks, digital resources, assessments, programs, courses, and related educational content.

We aim to describe each product accurately. Minor differences in formatting, colour, display, or presentation may occur depending on the device, application, or platform used.

  1. Orders and Payment

Prices and applicable currency will be displayed before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the product description, price, currency, and order details before submitting payment.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

An order is considered accepted when payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued. We may cancel or refund an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, technical problem, or inability to supply the product.

  1. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout or through another access method described at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for providing a correct, accessible email address and checking your inbox and spam folder.

If you do not receive your product within a reasonable period, contact hello@isaacoluwasesan.com. We will verify the transaction and resend the product or provide reasonable assistance.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

However, we will review refund or replacement requests where:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The product was not delivered and we cannot complete delivery.
• A refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

To request assistance, email hello@isaacoluwasesan.com with your name, purchase email, order details, and a description of the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law.

  1. Personal-Use Licence

When you purchase or receive a digital product, ANORTHO grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use it for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You may download and store a reasonable number of personal copies on your devices.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, reproduce, upload, or distribute the product.
• Post the product publicly or make it available through file-sharing services.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
• Use the product to create a competing product or commercial service.
• Claim the content as your own.

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content made available by ANORTHO, including books, written materials, graphics, branding, assessments, courses, and downloadable resources, is owned by or licensed to ANORTHO or Isaac Oluwasesan and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

“ANORTHO,” associated branding, and product titles may not be used without prior written permission.

  1. Educational and Faith-Based Content

Our content is provided for educational, personal-development, and faith-based purposes.

It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. It does not establish a counsellor-client, therapist-client, legal, fiduciary, or professional relationship.

Do not delay or disregard qualified professional assistance because of information contained in our products. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your location.

  1. Results Disclaimer

Personal growth and other outcomes vary. We do not guarantee particular spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, professional, or personal results from using our products or services.

Your decisions, actions, and results remain your responsibility.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our pages, products, or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, files, or restricted content.
• Submit harmful code, misleading information, or abusive communications.
• Infringe the rights of ANORTHO or any third party.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our services, content, customers, or legal rights.

We may use or link to third-party services, including Systeme.io and Stripe. Their products, availability, security, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

  1. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue content or services where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Where a change materially affects a paid product that has not yet been delivered, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANORTHO and Isaac Oluwasesan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
